About KAYE
Working in business can be extremely challenging as a young person. Whilst you try to maintain a successful company or career, you will be learning rapidly. There are many questions you need answered, especially to help you through the tougher times.
There will be countless people trying to convince you that their way is the right way. It’s hard to know who really has the solution that will take your company from good to great.
What you need is an organisation that delivers impartial advice. One that speaks your language, with members that face the exact same problems that you do every day.
It’s important to network with your own peer group to find new opportunities that will expand your career or business. And for this, you need an organisation that is cost-effective, but brings top business minds straight to you.
The Kent Association of Young Entrepreneurs (KAYE) does just that. It provides impartial answers to all of your business questions. Its members include hundreds of young business people working in Kent, from all sectors.
It offers access to mentors with expertise to make your business thrive. This includes The Institute of Directors (IoD) – a worldwide association that provides professional business support – which fully supports KAYE.
KAYE is dedicated to making business enjoyable for young people in Kent. Passionate about seeing young business people succeed, KAYE will help to make your career or company a success.
The Kent Association of Young Entrepreneurs (KAYE) was launched to support young minded business people who are either running their own company, seriously considering starting up in business or working their way up the corporate ladder.
