Committee Members

David is Managing Director of CFA , a Maidstone based full service marketing agency. He joined the company as a Marketing and Business Studies Graduate in 1994 and today manages the company\'s business operations. This includes overseeing the agencies team of graphic designers, copywriters and account managers.

As well as Chairman of KAYE, David is also a member of the IoD (Institute of Directors) Kent Executive committee and a member of the Kent Ambassadors.

Debbie is the Kent Branch Manager for the Institute of Directors, based at The Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne. The Institute of Directors is a membership organisation - the professional body for business leaders, representing individual directors from all sectors for more than 100yrs, and is a powerful and respected voice for senior decision makers.

Debbie has had personal experience of managing a small business and recognises the need for high quality support, especially for those in the embryonic stage and experiencing growth. An active member of the IoD for over 6 years, Debbie serves on the Kent Branch Executive Committee, the Events/Marketing Group, Backing Kent Business and not forgetting KAYE.

Izzy has been a member of KAYE almost from day one!

When she is not helping to manage the events she is managing her own Carpet Cleaning Business.

Jane is Marketing and Outreach Coordinator for University Centre Folkestone, developing links with the local educational, business and cultural communities.

Jane joined the KAYE committee in 2009 and has over 21 years experience working in the FE, HE and Training sectors, including project management, external liaison and teaching. She has also undertaken freelance marketing consultancy and events management for companies in the service sector and has been a successful published writer for over 30 years.

Matt is an Information & Communication Technology Consultant with 10 years experience in Computing. Specialising in IT Security, Matt is an expert in tailoring technology solutions to overcome and solve business problems.

Having graduated from the University of Greenwich in 2001 with a degree in Computing Science, Matt joined the BT Global Services graduate scheme as a Web Developer and then progressed through Technical Network Management to Security Operations Manager. Matt was then asked to join some ex-BT colleagues who formed Kent & Sussex based Call Flow Solutions as Operations Director.

Jonnie is an internet marketing consultant, helping business owners who know they need to improve their internet marketing activities but don't know where to start.

He provides practical solutions working as a digital marketing manager for clients and puts an internet marketing strategy in place. Working hard to find new customers, increase awareness and drive sales.

Suzanne represents the Kent Foundation, who support young people interested in starting a business, or who have started a business and need some business advice and support to grow the business.

Wayne represents Medway Council & the Innovation Centre Medway, offering support to growing businesses based within the Medway Towns.
